Computer Vision Techniques – Explainer Videos

Project Information

I recorded and edited three short explainer videos for HENSOLDT Analytics’ new product ODCT – Object Detection, Classification and Tracking. The videos were short interviews with engineers working on the products.

The goal of the videos was to introduce the new technology and product features to defence and military professionals interested in implementing computer vision in their OSINT gathering work.

You can watch the explainers on YouTube.

The Challenges of ODCT

Object detection, classification and tracking – ODCT for short – are three important computer vision techniques. They are cornerstones in the development of complex image and video analysis solutions that mimic or even surpass the human visual system.

Object Detection, Classification, and Tracking & the Media Mining System

How does ODCT work in the Media Mining System by HENSOLDT Analytics? At HENSOLDT Analytics we have a dedicated team working on deep learning computer vision systems and constantly developing models for ODCT. This technology allows our customers to extend their open-source intelligence-gathering capabilities to real-time videos, empowering them to make truly informed decisions.
