Project Information

In October 2022, I participated in two events of the “KOMPASS – 100 Frauen, 100 Chancen. Karrierewege für Zuwanderinnen” programme as mentor & group facilitator. The initiative is organised and managed by the Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF).

Thank you to Lisa Kögler and Desiree Jonek-Lustyk of WoMentor.at & Österreichischer Integrationsfonds for inviting me to be one of the mentors and group facilitators at the two events. It’s been simply exhilarating – the keynotes by Estefanía Piñón and Adela Mehic-Dzanic; the ideas shared by Silvia Reicher, Melanie Hirschbeck, Jillian Bourke, Andrea Holl, and finally, the determination and courage of the 100 women, who are exploring the opportunities in Austria and are opening themselves to ask for help, be vulnerable, and strive forward.
